Eric Synenberg is an American attorney and politician who is aDemocratic member of theOhio House of Representatives, representing the21st district. He was first elected in the2024 Ohio House of Representatives election.,[2] in which he defeated Republican Joshua Malovasic, winning 79.2% of the vote.[3] The district is entirely based inCuyahoga County and includes portions ofCleveland,Euclid,Beachwood,University Heights,South Euclid, andLyndhurst.

Prior to his election to the Ohio House, he served on the Beachwood City Council.[4]

Early life and education

Synenberg was born inUniversity Heights. He isJewish.[5] He earned hisJuris Doctor degree fromCleveland State University.[6] He formerly served as Deputy Counsel for the Ohio Treasurer and also earned aBachelor of Arts degree fromMiami University.[7]
