Era. Anbarasu (20 October 1940 – 8 August 2019)[1] was an Indian politician who served asMember of Parliament elected fromTamil Nadu. He was elected to theLok Sabha as anIndian National Congress candidate fromCentral Chennai constituency in1989 and1991 elections.[2][3] He was elected as anIndian National Congress (Indira) candidate fromChengalpattu constituency in1980 election.[4]

His son, D. Arul Anbarasu, was a member ofIndian National Congress and the MLA forSholinghur constituency.[5]
