Emilio Larraz López (born 18 February 1968) is a Spanish footballmanager, currently in charge ofDeportivo Aragón.
Born inZaragoza,Aragon, Larraz started his career with hometown side CD San Agustín's youth setup in 1990.[1] In 1998, after stints at AD Stadium Casablanca and CD Oliver,[2] he was appointed manager of his first senior side,CF Illueca inTercera División.[3]
Larraz continued to manage in the category in the following campaigns, being in charge ofAndorra CF (two stints, the first one under the name of CD Endesa Andorra),FC Andorra,CD Sariñena,CD Teruel andCD La Muela (achieving promotion toSegunda División B with the latter) before joiningReal Zaragoza in 2010 as manager ofthe reserves, also in the fourth tier.[4] He alsoachieved promotion with the B's, but left forCD Sariñena on 7 July 2011.[5]
On 18 June 2013, after leading Sariñena to theirfirst-ever promotion to the third tier, Larraz returned to Zaragoza and its B-team.[6] He was dismissed in October of the following year,[7] being appointed in charge ofCD Ebro on 12 June 2015.[8]
On 23 May 2018, despitefinishing sixth and only four points shy of the play-offs, Larraz opted to leave Ebro.[9] On 22 June, he was appointed in charge ofRacing de Ferrol,[10] immediately achieving promotion to division three inhis first season.[11]
On 10 February 2021, Larraz was dismissed by Racing after more than two years in charge of the club.[12] On 3 July, he returned to Zaragoza and their B-team for a third spell, now inTercera División RFEF.[13]
Larraz led Deportivo Aragón to a promotion toSegunda Federación inhis first season, and renewed his contract until 2026 on 15 April 2024.[14] On 12 October 2025, he replacedGabi at the helm of the first team inSegunda División,[15] but was demoted back to the B's just eight days later, after a 5–0 home loss toCultural y Deportiva Leonesa.[16]
