Emamzadeh Abdollah District (Persian:بخش امامزاده عبدالله) is inAmol County,Mazandaran province,Iran. Its capital is the city ofEmamzadeh Abdollah.[3]

History

In 2010,Bala Khiyaban-e Litkuh andChelav Rural Districts were separated from theCentral District in the formation of Emamzadeh Abdollah District.[3] The village ofEmamzadeh Abdollah was converted to a city in 2012.[5]

Population

The National Census in 2011 counted 16,068 people in 4,804 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 17,791 inhabitants in 5,637 households.[4]
