Justino Eduardo Andrade Sánchez (born 29 July 1948) is aMexican politician from theInstitutional Revolutionary Party. He served as a federal deputy in the50th Congress (representing Mexico City'sfirst district) and58th Congress (as a plurinominal deputy for thethird region) and as a Senator in the56th and57th Congresses, representingVeracruz.[1]
