TheEast Branch Pecatonica River is a tributary of thePecatonica River, approximately 62.5 miles (100.6 km) long,[1] in southwestWisconsin in theUnited States.[2]
It rises in the hills of easternIowa County, approximately 2 miles (3 km) north ofBarneveld and approximately 25 miles (40 km) west ofMadison. It flows south past Barneveld,Blanchardville, andArgyle, and joins the Pecatonica in southeastLafayette County, approximately 5 miles (8 km) north of the state line withIllinois.
