Dulwich Village is an affluent area ofDulwich inSouth London, England.[1] It is located in theLondon Borough of Southwark.
"Dulwich Village" is also the name of the villageHigh Street.[2] Residents in Dulwich Village have to payground rent to theDulwich Estate[3] a landowning charitable organisation. Dulwich Village is entirely within the boundaries of theLondon Borough of Southwark and with the exception of one address nearDulwich Picture Gallery it is completely within the Dulwich Estate.
North Dulwich station is near the northern end of Dulwich Village and the P4 bus passes through the village. To the south isGallery Road where the Dulwich Picture Gallery is located.
Dulwich College lies on the south side of the village.
For election of councillors toSouthwark London Borough Council, Dulwich Village formed part of theVillage ward from 2002 and then theDulwich Village ward since 2018.[4][5][6]
