TheDu Quoin Call was an Americandaily newspaper published inDu Quoin, Illinois. In 1987, the paper was acquired byHollinger.[2] Former ownerGateHouse Media purchased roughly 160 daily and weekly newspapers from Hollinger in 1997.[3][4]TheCall covered Du Quoin,Perry County, and the county seat ofPinckneyville.

TheCall ceased publication in July 2022.[5]
