Dragoljub Simonović (Serbian Cyrillic:Драгољуб Симоновић,Bulgarian:Драголюб Симонович,romanized: Dragolyub Simonovich; born 30 October 1972) is a formerfootballer. Born in Yugoslavia, he represented Bulgaria internationally.
Simonović began his club career at the localHajduk Kula, before transferring toBulgarianLitex Lovech in 1997, where he won the 1998–99Bulgarian Championship. In 2001, he transferred toCSKA Sofia.
He also played one match for theBulgaria national team, againstAlgeria national team in 1998.[1]
He had been appointed on 16 January 2006 as a manager ofOFC Sliven 2000. Simonović won theBulgarian second division thus qualified the club intop division for 2008–09 season. In January 2009 he became manager ofSpartak Varna.
