Dragoljub Kostić (Serbian Cyrillic:Драгољуб Костић; born 15 May 1950) is a Serbian formerfootball manager and player.[1]
Kostić started out at his hometown clubPriština, competing in theYugoslav Second League. He was transferred to newly promotedYugoslav First League sideNapredak Kruševac in 1976. With 17 goals in the1979–80 season, Kostić was theYugoslav First League joint top scorer, alongsideSafet Sušić,[2] leading his team to a highest-ever fourth-place finish and a spot inEuropean competitions for the first time in club history. He subsequently traveled to France and played forParis Saint-Germain at the 1980Tournoi de Paris,[3] before returning to Kruševac. In the final years of his playing career, Kostić spent multiple seasons withJedinstvo Paraćin, playing in the lower leagues.[4]
After hanging up his boots, Kostić briefly served as manager ofNapredak Kruševac on two occasions.
