Donald Melton Babers[2] (born 15 May 1931) is a retiredlieutenant general in theUnited States Army who served as director of theDefense Logistics Agency from 1984 to 1986.[3] He was commissioned in 1954 through the ROTC program atOklahoma A&M, also having attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in secondary education. He earned an M.B.A. degree fromSyracuse University in 1964.[4][5]
