Dmitry Nikolaevich Krutoi[a] (born 10 January 1981) is a Belarusian politician serving aschief of staff to the president since 2024.[1] He served asminister of economy from 2018 to 2019, asfirst deputy prime minister from 2019 to 2020, as deputy head of thePresidential Administration from 2020 to 2022, and asambassador to Russia from 2022 to 2024.[2]
Following the2020 Belarusian presidential election, Krutoi was added to the sanctions lists of the Baltic states in late August 2020.[3][4]
