Deutsche Bank Place is a 240-metre-high (790 ft), 39-storeyskyscraper inSydney,New South Wales, Australia.[1] It is located at 126Phillip Street (corner ofHunter Street) in the north-eastern end of thecentral business district, across the road fromChifley Tower. Construction began in 2002 and was completed in 2005. The building's architect isNorman Foster ofFoster + Partners.
Deutsche Bank is the primary tenant, occupying seven floors and owning thenaming rights.[2] Other tenants includeAllens, Investa Property Group and New Chambers.[3]
