Denopamine (INN) is a drug which acts as aβ1 adrenergic receptoragonist.[1] It is used in the treatment ofangina[2] and may also have potential uses in the treatment ofcongestive heart failure[3] and for clearingpulmonary edema.[4] It is marketed in Japan under the brand nameKalgut and available as tablets of 5 and 10 mg, and 5% fine granules.[5]
