Charles Dennis Holmes (born October 3, 1950)[1] is a retired American film and television child actor, best-known for playing Mike Williams in the Americanwestern television seriesLaramie.[1]
Holmes was born inEncino, California. Between 1958 and 1961 he appeared in the filmsHound-Dog Man,Violent Road,The Fiercest Heart,Key Witness andWoman Obsessed.[3][1] He joined the cast of thewestern television seriesLaramie in 1961,[1] first appearing in the episode "Dragon at the Door" in the series’s third season.[1]
Holmes retired from acting in 1964, with his last credit being in the western television seriesWagon Train. After retiring, Holmes worked as atechnology specialist inCalifornia.[1]
