Prelaryngeal lymph nodes are lymph nodes located anterior to thelarynx.

One such node is theDelphian node situated above the isthmus of thethyroid gland, which may be removed at the time of a thyoidectomy as asentinel lymph node in order to identify risks of cancer spread.[1]
