Deborah Ann Peel (born 19 August 1958) is a female former athlete who competed for England.
Peel, a data control clerk at the time, became theBritish 3,000 metres champion after winning the BritishWAAA Championships at the1982 WAAA Championships.[2][3] Shortly afterwards Peel representedEngland in the 3,000 metres, at the1982 Commonwealth Games inBrisbane, Australia.[4]
Peel retained the 3,000 metres title and finished third behindGillian Green in the 1500 metres at the1983 WAAA Championships[5] and then won a third consecutive 3,000 WAAA title at the1984 WAAA Championships.[6][7]
Peel representedEngland again in the 3,000 metres event, at the1986 Commonwealth Games inEdinburgh, Scotland.[8][9]
