David Sims (born October 26, 1955) is an American former professionalfootball player who was arunning back for three seasons with theSeattle Seahawks of theNational Football League (NFL). He led the NFL intouchdowns in 1978 with 15, but suffered a career-ending injury early the next season.[1] He playedcollege football forGeorgia Tech Yellow Jackets and was elected to the Georgia Tech Hall of Fame in 1985.[2]
