Dark Eden is set in the post-apocalyptic universe of theMutant Chroniclesrole-playing game, among the tribes on the ravaged planet Earth.[1]
Two expansion sets namedGenesis (120 cards) andExodus were planned but never released.[2][3][4] Dark Eden was first released in April 1997.[3]
The original set was sold in 60-card starter decks and 15-cardbooster packs.[5]
