Daniel Crevier (born 1947) is aCanadianentrepreneur andartificial intelligence andimage processing researcher. He is also the author ofAI: the Tumultuous History of the Search for Artificial Intelligence. In 1974 Crevier received aPh.D. degree fromMassachusetts Institute of Technology. In 1979 Crevier foundedCoreco Imaging (COntractual REsearch COmpany),[1] which was acquired byDalsa in 2005.[2]
