Dan Laing (born inSan Diego,California) raised inChambersburg,Pennsylvania. Known as "The Dean" for formally being the dean of broadcasters in theCarolina League, former play-by-play voice of thePotomac Nationals is an update anchor onXM Sports Nation,XM 144. Laing can also be heard locally in theWashington, DC market onWTOP and as the radio play-by-play announcer forAmerican University men's basketball.
