Daisy Grace Wilson Cleverley (born 30 April 1997) is aNew Zealand formerfootballer who played as a midfielder.[3]

College

Cleverley enrolled at theUniversity of California, Berkeley in spring 2017. She played 14 matches for the Golden Bears in her freshman year, scoring her first collegiate goal on 19 October 2017 in a 1–0 win overOregon State before suffering a season-ending ACL injury.[4]

International career

Cleverley was a member of theNew Zealand U-17 side at the2012 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Azerbaijan[5] and again at the2014 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Costa Rica,[6] playing all of New Zealand's group games at both tournaments.

At the2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Canada, Cleverley played in all three of New Zealand's group games and the quarter-final match which they lost toNigeria.[7]

Senior

On 25 October 2014, Cleverley made her senior international debut, starting in a 16–0 win overTonga and scoring two goals.[8]

She was part of New Zealand's squad at the2015 FIFA Women's World Cup in Canada.[1] In 2019, Cleverley was included in her secondWorld Cup squad.
