Subfamily of dopamine receptors

TheD2-like receptors[1] are a subfamily ofdopamine receptors that bind theendogenousneurotransmitterdopamine. The D2-like subfamily consists of threeG-protein coupled receptors that are coupled toGi/Go and mediateinhibitoryneurotransmission, of which includeD2,D3, andD4.
