Cruliviridae is a family of virus in the class ofBunyaviricetes. Unlike other families in the class, this family is unique in the sense that it is only used to containcrustacean-infecting bunyaviruses.[1]
There have been numerous bunya-like viruses proposed to infect crustaceans such asCrab Haemocytic virus,Roscoff virus, andMourilyan virus.[1][2] The familyCruliviridae contains one genus,Lincruvirus, which contains the following species:[3]
