TheCrown Lands Act 1702[a] (1 Ann. c. 1)[b] is anact of theParliament of England, originally entitledAn Act for the better Support of Her Majesties Houshold and of the Honour and Dignity of the Crown.
As of 2025[update], the act is still partly in force inEngland and Wales.[1]
Sections 1 to 4 of the act were repealed by section 1 of, and the schedule to, theStatute Law Revision Act 1867 (30 & 31 Vict. c. 59)
Sections 6 and 8 of the act were repealed by section 1 of, and the first schedule to, theStatute Law Revision Act 1948 (11 & 12 Geo. 6. c. 62).
In theRepublic of Ireland the act was repealed by sections2(1) and3(1) of, andpart 2 of schedule 2 to, theStatute Law Revision Act 2007.
