Craig Harold Paquette (/pɑːˈkɛt/; born March 28, 1969) is an American former professionalbaseballthird baseman. He played inMajor League Baseball (MLB) for theOakland Athletics,Kansas City Royals,New York Mets,St. Louis Cardinals, andDetroit Tigers. In 2007, he played for theCamden Riversharks of the independentAtlantic League of Professional Baseball.
A native ofLong Beach, California, Paquette attendedRancho Alamitos High School and then went on to play college baseball forGolden West College. In 1988, he playedcollegiate summer baseball with theBrewster Whitecaps of theCape Cod Baseball League.[1] He was selected by Oakland in the 8th round of the1989 MLB Draft.
