Thomas Allen "Corky" Tharp (April 19, 1931 – April 3, 2003) was anAmerican footballdefensive back who played one season for theNew York Titans of theAmerican Football League (AFL).[2][3] He also played for theToronto Argonauts of theInterprovincial Rugby Football Union and theTuscaloosa Warriors of theSouthern Professional Football League. He playedcollege football at theUniversity of Alabama for theAlabama Crimson Tide football team.
