There have been two Cook Baronetcies. This first was created in theBaronetage of England in 1663 and went extinct in 1708. The second was created in theBaronetage of the United Kingdom in the 19th century and is extant.
The Cook Baronetcy of Brome or Broome Hall was created on 29 June 1663 forSir William Cook, 1st Baronet ofNorfolk.[1]
The Cook Baronetcy ofDoughty House, in the parish ofRichmond, in theCounty of Surrey was created on 10 March 1886 forFrancis Cook.[2] He was also the firstVisconde de Monserrate (Viscount of Monserrate) in thepeerage of Portugal.
Theheir apparent is the present holder's eldest son Richard Herbert Aster Maurice Cook (born 30 June 1959).
