Constituyentes is a station onLine 7 of theMexico Citymetro[2] on the western outskirts of the city center. It servesChapultepec Park and numerous attractions therein,[3][4] as well as theLuis Barragán House and Studio.[5][6] The station opened on 23 August 1985.[7]

The station is named after the nearbyAvenida Constituyentes. The station's icon shows a quill, a pot of ink and a book, in reference to the Mexican constitutions of1824,1857 and1917.[8] Constituyentes serves theSan Miguel Chapultepec and Ampliación Daniel Garza neighborhoods, in theMiguel Hidalgo borough.

From 23 April to 17 June 2020, the station was temporarily closed due to theCOVID-19 pandemic in Mexico.[9][10]
