TheConservative Electors Association, commonly known as theConservatives, is a municipalpolitical party inBritish Columbia, Canada.[3] It is not affiliated with either the provincialConservative Party of British Columbia or the federalConservative Party of Canada.[4]

The party was founded by political strategist David Denhoff. The party plans on fielding candidates in the2026 British Columbia municipal elections, particularly the municipalities of Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Delta, Fort St. John, Kamloops, Kelowna, Langley City, Langley Township, Maple Ridge, Prince George, Richmond, Saanich, Surrey, Vancouver, Vanderhoof, and West Vancouver.[5][6][7]

Although he has not expressed interest in running in the2026 Vancouver municipal election, journalist and candidate in the2014 Vancouver municipal electionKirk LaPointe was shown in aMainstreet Research opinion poll to be leading that city's mayoral race as a member of the Conservative Electors Association.[8] John Coupar, a formerVancouver Park Board member and Conservative Party of British Columbia candidate in the2024 British Columbia general election for the riding ofVancouver-Little Mountain, was also leading in the poll. Another Mainstreet poll has shown the Conservatives leading theSurrey mayoral election with 25% of the vote.[9]
