The congregation is a member of theUnion for Reform Judaism.
Beth Am has a sister congregation inPoltava, Ukraine, also known as Beth Am. Beth Am has a program aimed at helpingemigrant families from the formerSoviet Union. Two congregation members have won Nobel Prizes.[3]
