TheCommunauté d'agglomération de la Porte du Hainaut is anintercommunal structure in theNorddepartment, in theHauts-de-Franceregion, northernFrance. It was created in January 2014. The communeÉmerchicourt left thecommunauté de communes Cœur d'Ostrevent and joined thecommunauté d'agglomération in January 2019.[1] Its seat is inWallers.[2] Its largest towns areDenain andSaint-Amand-les-Eaux. Its area is 371.4 km2. Its population was 158,568 in 2021.[3]
