Collins House Melbourne, at 464-466Collins Street,Melbourne,Victoria, Australia, is a private residential high-rise building. Its amenities are provided by the Owners of the building to give a premium experience that is consistent with the image and location of the unique Collins Street address.

The project was developed by both the Asian Pacific Group, Golden Age and designed by architectural firmBates Smart.[1] Launched in 2013, the project received approval by the then-Planning MinisterMatthew Guy in February 2014 as part of a "Super Tuesday", whereby five skyscrapers had been approved.[2][3] With a width of 11.8 metres (39 feet) at its narrowest,[4] Collins House has been designed as one of the world's slimmest skyscrapers and has been referred to as a "pencil skyscraper" or "pencil tower".[5][6] The development comprises approximately 280 residential apartments across 56 levels, and will reach a height of 190 metres (620 feet)[7] — thus becoming one of thetallest buildings in Melbourne.

Construction on Collins House commenced in February 2016, and it was completed in 2019.[8]
