Machine translation, likeDeepL orGoogle Translate, is a useful starting point for translations, but translators must revise errors as necessary and confirm that the translation is accurate, rather than simply copy-pasting machine-translated text into the English Wikipedia.
Do not translate text that appears unreliable or low-quality. If possible, verify the text with references provided in the foreign-language article.

Colline d'Élancourt, previously knownColline de la Revanche, is a hill located inÉlancourt in the French department ofYvelines. With a height of 231 meters above sea level, it is the highest point in Yvelines andÎle-de-France.
The artificial hill is located at the site of formersandstone quarries that supplied materials for construction. After the quarries closed in the middle of 19th century, the site was used as alandfill until 1975. In the 1980s the hill was transformed into a public park.[2]
The name of the place called La Revanche first appeared in 1881.[3] In 2004, the municipal council of Élancourt in 2004 changed the name of the hill toColline d'Élancourt.
