Clips is a mobilevideo editing software application created byApple Inc. Apple describes it as an app for "making and sharing fun videos with text, effects, graphics, and more.".[5]

After launching of the app, the user sees the view of thefront-facing camera.[6] The app allows the user to create a new clip by tapping on a red record button,[7] or use photos or videos from the device's photo library.[8] Once a clip is recorded, it can be added to a project timeline shown at the bottom of the screen.[9] The user can share their project onsocial media platforms.[2][8] The user can also add filters and effects to the project.[7][10] "Live Titles" (available in several styles[11]) can also be created by dictating to the device.[11][12]
