Clemson station is a train station inClemson, South Carolina. It is served by theCrescent passenger train ofAmtrak, the national passenger rail service. The station sits on the corner ofCalhoun Memorial Highway andCollege Avenue in the heart of downtown Clemson. Clemson is situated on one of the nation's emerginghigh-speed rail corridors, known as theSoutheast High Speed Rail Corridor or SEHSR.

The station was originally erected by theSouthern Railway in 1916. In the early 1960s, R.C. Edwards, thenClemson University president, convincedD.W.
