Claudio Bonivento (born 14 November 1950) is an Italian film producer, director, and screenwriter.
Born inFaggeto Lario,Como, Bonivento began his career as a theatrical organizer, an agent and a record producer.[1] In the late 1970s he started working as a film, television and stage producer. In 1997 he made his directorial debut withOther Men.[1]
In 1989 Bonivento won theNastro d'Argento forBest Producer forMarco Risi'sForever Mery.[2] He also won threeDavid di Donatello forBest Producer in 1991, 1993 and 2011, respectively forBoys on the Outside,The Escort and20 Cigarettes.[2][3]
