Claudia Schmidtke (born 29 March 1966) is a Germancardiologist and politician of theChristian Democratic Union (CDU) who served as a member of theBundestag from the state ofSchleswig-Holstein from 2017 to 2021.
Schmidtke became a member of the Bundestag in the2017 German federal election. She defeatedGabriele Hiller-Ohm from theSPD, becoming the first CDU MP for the seat since1969.[1] She was a member of the Health Committee.[2] Schmidtkelost her seat at the2021 German federal election.
