Claude Sirvent (born inFoix, on 6 February 1971) is a Frenchrugby league footballer who representedFrance at the2000 World Cup.
Sirvent played in thirty two tests for France between 1992 and 2004 and also played for theSaint-Gaudens Bears, including in the 2002Challenge Cup.[1]
He made his first steps in rugby league inVernajoul, which also produced names such asJacques Moliner,Lilian Hébert andChristophe Moly.[2]Sirvent is considered as the "son ofAriège and of the town ofFoix",[3] a region where he hails from. He was capped 46 times and scored 64 points for France.[3]
