The storyline revolves around a veteran CIA agent, Evan Shaw, and his daughter, who herself is an MI6 analyst. His daughter tracks him down and tells him his boss has been dead for years. They set out to find out who has actually been giving him his instructions.[2]
They find out that Evan's missions have changed: from public enemies to businessmen. In truth his former boss, Kevin Angler, has settled down and sold Evan as a service to kill competing businessmen. In the end, Evan kills his new contractor and Kevin.
The film was shot inMalta in April 2023.[3] In May 2023, it was announced that filming wrapped.[2]
Breslin has alleged that Eckhart was “aggressive” to work with on the set, which led to her filing a complaint against him toSAG-AFTRA and the filmmakers filing a lawsuit against her.[4][5]

Mary Kassel ofScreen Rant rated the film a 3 out of 10.[7] Mark Keizer ofMovieWeb rated the film a 2 out of 5.[8] Leslie Felperin of theGuardian also rated the film 2 out of 5, stating it was "shonky" with "shockingly bad" dialogue.[9]
