Citatuzumab bogatox (VB6-845) is amonoclonal antibodyFab fragment fused with bouganin,[1] aribosome inactivating protein from the plantBougainvillea spectabilis.[2] It has undergonepreclinical development for the treatment ofovarian cancer and other solid tumors.[3]
