Ciara Quinn Bravo (/siˈɛərə/; born March 18, 1997)[1][2][3] is an American actress. She began her career as achild actress, starring in theNickelodeon seriesBig Time Rush and theFox seriesRed Band Society.[4][5] She also appeared in the Nickelodeon television filmsJinxed andSwindle. Bravo's voice work includes Giselita inOpen Season 3, Patty inHappiness Is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown, and Sarah inSpecial Agent Oso.

Early life

Bravo was born Ciara Quinn Bravo on March 18, 1997, and raised inAlexandria, Kentucky. Bravo attendedSummit Country Day School nearby inCincinnati, Ohio.[6][7]

Career

Bravo's career began at the age of nine after attending the Model and Talent Expo Presented by Mike Beaty inDallas, Texas. She was discovered by Bryan Leder and Frederick Levy of Management 101.[8][9] This led to severalvoice-overs forPlayhouse Disney andCan You Teach My Alligator Manners?, an appearance in theWillow Smith music video "Knees and Elbows", and several commercials.

During 2008, she continued pursuing auditions and acted in several local commercials forNewport Aquarium[10] and made a short appearance as an Italian girl in the hit filmAngels & Demons.[11]

Bravo acted in two short films,Lost Sheep (orThe Cafeteria) andWashed Up; and in theNickelodeon television series,Big Time Rush and theFox television series,Red Band Society. Bravo is also a voice actress; she has provided the voice of Giselita in theOpen Season franchise. She has also done voice work inHappiness Is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown,Special Agent Oso, andThe Penguins of Madagascar.

Bravo has also appeared in the filmTo the Bone, which draws attention toanorexia.[12]
