Chris Henry Coffey (born May 1, 1971) is an American actor.
Coffey was born and raised inGreen Bay, Wisconsin. A 1999 graduate of theYale School of Drama, he has originated roles on Broadway, off-Broadway and regionally in numerous world premieres includingBekah Brunstetter'sPublic Servant onTheatre Row (New York City),Gina Gionfriddo'sCan You Forgive Her? at theHuntington Theater Company, directed by Peter DuBois,Richard Nelson'sFrank's Home, directed byRobert Falls (Playwrights Horizons, NYC,Goodman Theater, Chicago, IL),Richard Nelson'sHow Shakespeare Won the West (Huntington Theater, Boston, MA) and working alongsideArthur Miller in his penultimate play,Resurrection Blues, directed byMark Lamos (Old Globe Theater, San Diego, CA).Coffey made hisBroadway debut in the playBronx Bombers, asJoe DiMaggio at theCircle in the Square after originating the role Off-Broadway atPrimary Stages.
