Cho Ui-seok (Korean조의석; born January 1, 1976) is a South Koreanfilm director andscreenwriter.

Career

Cho made his debut with the action comedyMake It Big (2002). His third feature is the thrillerCold Eyes (2013).[1][2][3] His fourth film was the star-studded thrillerMaster (2016), featuringLee Byung-hun,Kang Dong-won andKim Woo-bin. Released in December, it grossed US$34 million with 4.9 million total admissions, making it the No. 11 bestselling film for 2016 in Korea.[4]
