TheChirr people, are aNagaethnic group that are mostly native toNortheast Indian state ofNagaland. They are listed as a Scheduled Tribe (STs) by India.[2] However, due to lack of official recognition from Government of Nagaland are considered sub-tribe ofYimkhiung Nagas.[citation needed]
