Chezacut/ˈtʃɛzəkət/ is an unincorporated ranching settlement and former post office in theChilcotin District of theCentral Interior of British Columbia, Canada. Its name means "bird without wings" in theChilcotin language. It is located on the north shore ofChilcotin Lake near the confluence of theChilcotin andClusko Rivers, 43 kilometers northwest of the community ofAlexis Creek.[1]
