Cheikh Bouamama orShaykh Bu 'Amamah Al Bousheikhi Al Bakri (Arabic:الشيخ بوعمامة,romanized: Shaykh Bū ʿAmāma) led a popular resistance against French occupation inAlgeria from 1881 to 1908.[5]
