Charlotte Collins is a Britishliterary translator of contemporary literature and drama from German.

Career

Collins studied English literature atChrist's College, Cambridge, then trained in acting atThe Poor School, London. She worked as an actor and radio journalist in the UK and Germany before becoming a translator.[1] She was Co-Chair of theTranslators Association from 2017 to 2020, and is the creator of theTranslators Association - 60 Years of Classic Translation series.[2]
