Charles F. Jones (October 24, 1861 – September 15, 1922) was an American professionalbaseball player.[1] He played part of one season inMajor League Baseball for the 1884Brooklyn Atlantics.
During his one major league season, Jones played 11 games as athird baseman, 13 games as asecond baseman, and two games in theoutfield for a total playing time of 25games. Hebatted .178, hit onedouble, and had fivebases on balls.[2]
Jones died at the age of 60 in hometown of New York City, and is interred at St. Raymond Cemetery inThe Bronx,New York.[2]
