Charles Elie Roger Masson (born 13 April 1992)[1] is afield hockey player fromFrance.[2]
In club competition, Masson plays forGantoise in theBelgian Hockey League.[3]
Charles Masson debuted for theFrance U–21 team in 2012 at theEuroHockey Junior Championship in's-Hertogenbosch.[4]
The following year he went on to represent the team at theFIH Junior World Cup inNew Delhi. At the tournament he won a silver medal, a history making performance for the French team.[5][6]
Masson made his debut for the Frenchnational team in 2014.[2]
Since his debut, Masson has been a regular fixture in the national squad.[5] He won his first major medal with the senior team in 2019 at theFIH Series Finals inLe Touquet, taking home a gold medal.[7][5]
